Estate attorney in Maryland
I prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, and I help personal representatives and trustees through estate and trust administration. Without a will, Maryland’s intestacy law decides who inherits. You work with me directly, from the first meeting to signed documents.

Estate work comes in two parts: the documents you sign now, and the administration that follows a death. I handle both, so the person who drafts your documents is also the person your family can call later.

Questions people ask
When should I update my documents?
After marriage, divorce, the birth or adoption of a child, a death in the family, or a major change in what you own.
Do I need a lawyer to make a will in Maryland?
Maryland does not require one. A lawyer helps make sure the will is valid, clear, and enforceable, and handles situations that need care: blended families, minor children, or a large estate.
Can you help after a death?
Yes. I help personal representatives through estate administration and trustees through trust administration.
